Md. Abdul Jabbar is a weaver from Bhargaon, Sonargaon. He is 45 years old. Jabbar is the son of Md. Abdul Kadir and has been in the field of weaving Jamdani for 30 years now. In his family of four brothers and one sister, four of the siblings are affiliated with Jamdani weaving. Along with household chores, Md. Abdul Jabbar’s wife assists him with tasks like cutting threads, dyeing and etc.
